General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all orders placed on the orizuru online store (orizuru.ch), operated by orizuru in Switzerland.

2. Products

Orizuru offers handcrafted origami, hand-folded in Switzerland. Each piece is unique. Colours may vary slightly from the photos due to the artisanal nature of the products and screen settings.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are indicated in Swiss francs (CHF), all taxes included. Payment is made at the time of ordering using the payment methods offered on the site.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these GTCS. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email. Orizuru reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. As the origami pieces are folded by hand, a preparation time of 3 to 5 business days may apply. Delivery is carried out by Swiss Post. Delivery charges are indicated at checkout.

6. Returns

You have 14 days from receipt to return an item in its original condition. Please refer to our return policy for further details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the site (texts, images, logos, designs) is the property of orizuru and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.

8. Responsibilities

Orizuru cannot be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the amount of the order.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts at orizuru's place of domicile.
