Return and Refund Policy

At orizuru, every origami is folded by hand especially for you. We pour all our craftsmanship into each creation.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Swiss law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to inform us of your wish to return an item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging.

Non-refundable Items

Custom orders (special colours or sizes made on request) cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@orizuru.ch with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Refund

Once the item has been returned and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the product. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
