Shipping Policy

Preparation time

Each origami is folded by hand with care. Preparation time is 3 to 5 business days after order confirmation.

Delivery in Switzerland

Shipments are made by Swiss Post via A Mail (priority). Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days after dispatch. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

We only ship within Switzerland. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery issues

If your parcel has not been received, has been damaged or lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected dispatch date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
